Values-based firms like yours live the power of business to do well and do good. But too often, the foundational rules that govern our economy allow irresponsible actions to go unchecked and end up rewarding damaging practices. They let irresponsible firms externalize their costs like climate damage and safety net-dependent workers onto the rest of us. Tax breaks, regulatory carve-outs and other “corporate welfare” programs do little to incentivize responsible behavior. Shareholder primacy dominates, while scant attention is paid to increasing wages or enabling more workers to own a piece of the economy. As a result, the moral and financial solvency of our capitalist system is being questioned! But what if we built a more competitive, fair, inclusive and sustainable American economy?

Cancellation & Refund Policy
To cover our significant, no-refund upfront costs and keep registration fees as low as possible, ASBC maintains the following Summit refund and cancellation policy:
- Tickets are fully transferable: Ticket buyer must notify us by email at Summit2019@asbcouncil.org and provide the new attendee’s name, email address, cell phone number, job title, company, and city/state of residence.
- All cancellations or transfer requests must be submitted by email to Summit2019@asbcouncil.org
- Cancellation requests received at least 45 days prior to the Summit are eligible for a refund of the net ticket price in full.
- Cancellation requests received between 30 and 44 days prior to the Summit are eligible for a refund of 50 percent (50%) of the net amount of the ticket price.
- Cancellation requests received between 21 and 29 days prior to the Summit are eligible for a refund of 25 percent (25%) of the net amount of the ticket price.
- Cancellation requests received 20 days or fewer prior to the Summit are not eligible for any refund. No exceptions. We encourage you to transfer your ticket.
- Registration fees of no-shows will not be refunded for any reason. No exceptions. We encourage you to transfer your ticket.
- Registration fees paid for this Summit cannot be credited toward registration for the following Summit.
